●  Creating fun and engaging activities for students

●   Monitoring transitions

 Assisting with restroom breaks when needed 

●   Ensure schedule for students and teachers is being followed

●  Ensure the learning spaces are prepared and ready for student learning

●  Communicates  regularly with Assistant Coordinator 

●  Attend and help prepare  for staff meetings

●  May require a few late meetings for preparation. 

●  Chaperone weekly field trips within scheduled working hours 

May be required to perform light janitorial duties

Duties

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and HIPAA confidentiality policies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems while adhering to clinical documentation standards.
• Engage in ongoing clinical research, data collection, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or equivalent in the respective state.
• Proven experience working with children and adolescents in mental health settings; experience with diverse backgrounds
• Strong knowledge of psychotherapy modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral health interventions, and crisis management techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
